Our mission is to help answer and explain anything paranormal to the client. We research, educate, and investigate free of charge. We wish to be there for the client, even when others turn them away. We are a non-judgmental team with respect and empathy for our clients. We pride ourselves on professionalism and privacy. All the while researching into, if there is something after death.

The information we collect about visitors on our website will never be given to third parties. Any communication you have with us either on our website or online will be private. Some or part of your communication on the website may be shared among staff. All SPS staff are subject to a privacy agreement. We collect cookies for the simple purpose of making the site more user friendly for out clients and staff. We will never share any of your online visitor data unless required by law. We follow all recommendations from the Federal Trade Commission in regards to quick and efficient response to any breech as well as taking preventative actions. We also follow the strict guidelines from Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (CAPPA)
Privacy & Consultation/Investigation:
Here at S.P.S we value your privacy and will follow any choices you make on the privacy form you'll fill out prior to the investigation. We will never share your personal information with anyone, nor will we ever sell it to a third party. We are always improving ways to keep your personal data safe. This is important; in light of many recent data breaches over the past year. As of 1/5/19, we will be finished with the configuring of our website security as well as how client sensitive data is stored/handled and/or deleted. We are currently following the FDC's recommendations on handling and disposing of a client's personally identifiable data. If we are contacted by a law enforcement agency, we won't tell them anything without talking to you directly first. Questions/Concerns?
